Mussels a la plancha
This is an ideal recipe to gather everybody : mussels a la plancha!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 kg of mussels
- 1/3 cup and 1 tbsp or 100 g butter
- 2 clove garlics
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, sliced
- 1 cup or 250 ml white wine
INSTRUCTIONS
- On the plancha over medium heat, place directly the cleaned mussels. Stir and go on cooking stirring until all the mussels are open. Once they’re all open, reserve them in a dish. Keep the cooking juices on the plancha.
- On the plancha over medium heat, place the parsley green onion and a clove of minced garlic. Add a knob of butter and mix.
- Deglaze your plancha with the white wine and mix it with the previous preaparation. Drain all into the drip tray of your plancha to collect the cooking juices.
- Add it to the mussels, serve and enjoy !
